NOTE: In the case of foreign transfers the principal shall bear all fees and deductions.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated depending on the country of destination:

• Germany: shipping free
• EU-Countries: € 15.00 
• UK: € 20.00 (Import custom fees may be added!)
• Switzerland: € 24.00 (Import custom fees may be added!)
• International: € 25.00 (Import custom fees may be added!)

Delivery to packing stations or post offices possible!

However, no delivery to PO boxes!

Tracking

All orders are shipped within 72 hours after receipt of payment by DHL or UPS if in stock. Depending on the country of destination and customs clearance, shipping times are as follows:

• Germany: 1-3 days
• inside of EU: 3-5 days
• outside of EU: 1-3 weeks

To track the status of your package, DHL or UPS will send you a tracking number by email.
